Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional events, order processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the selected shipping method, delivery destination, and order weight. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout for your review before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or customs inspections, may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: We want you to be satisfied with your Flexi Gear purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. To qualify, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Return Process:

Initiate Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

 Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Packaging: Securely package the item(s) to be returned, along with the RA number and a copy of the original proof of purchase.

Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to the designated return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Flexi Gear error or a defective product.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a refund for the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees, using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange for a different product or size, we will process the exchange upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
